Deposit amount requirements are listed below each season/month of your reservation.

All balances are paid in full before or upon arrival.
Cancelling a Reservation:

A $20 fee is charged for ALL refunded deposits.

No refunds for inclement weather.

1-6 night reservation: No refund for less than 48 hours notification

7 or more nights reservation: No refund for less than a 7-day notification
Holiday Minimum & Pony Penning

Three night minimum stay on holiday weekends.

Pony Penning: A $500 non-refundable deposit is required for this special week, due by May 1st 2024.
Policy Agreements:

No Smoking allowed indoors.

No Pets are allowed on the property.

$150 cleaning charge added for dirty cottage return.
